Early Autumn Arrival

Hello, there, this is my first blog entry. Kinda scary, for some reason. Intimidating. Whose approval do I need? Why externalize, it is all inside. The infinite universe. Yet the longing to be connected is an impulse that we humans all share. I am no different. Still, it is a challenge to begin, since I am a novice to all of this. I want to inspire and be inspired and hope there will be some meaning in all of this.One thing I notice about myself that I wish to heal and shift; I long for the beloved in the moment but miss him/her when she/he is right before me. How can I be more present and Love the Beloved(s) who appears before me? This is my daily prayer and meditation. To love what is, as Byron Katie says. ANd to be in the Power of Now- Let all of us meet there, with joy, tenderness and forgiveness. The scarecrows and pumpkins are starting to pop up at the markets, and the leaves on the trees are beginning to turn russet gold and ruby red. The late summer air has cooled considerably here in Northern NY and the leaves are already beginning to fall. I appreciate this bittersweet end of summer, celebration of harvest time, and I plan on leaving the cold behind this winter for the first time in my life. I look forward to this with all my heart. It will be a blessing to experience a warmer and sunnier winter down South. I must run now. Peace and light to all,
